I recently posted some water and fire simulation videos. This one is way more realistic.
I recently posted some water and fire simulation videos. This one is way more realistic.

Cool, huh?
Some cool simulated fluids and fire videos, a time-lapse of taxis in San Fransisco and a time-lapse of property growth in some cities in America.
Two pictures today.
One is a 360 degree star trail panorama. Something that I’ve been meaning to do.
The other is a joke about Battlestar Galactica stolen from reddit.
Just before I reinstall Windows on this computer (due to bloating and herpes,) I would like to list some add-ons (extensions) for Firefox I use incase I forget!
Adblock - Don’t like ads?
del.icio.us Bookmarks - Easy access to your del.icio.us bookmarks, posting bookmarks, but you don’t get inbox items if someone sends you a link.
Download Statusbar - See all your downloads in a status bar. Much better than an pop-up.
DownThemAll - Easily download all of a certain type of file on a web page, even with regular expressions.
Fasterfox - Apparently tweaks your Firefox settings to make your internet faster. I haven’t tested it but I haven’t noticed it get any slower.
Firebug - Excellent for debugging CSS, HTML, AJAX and Javascript in general.
Google Toolbar for Firefox - I only use this for checking PageRank as the other PageRank add-ons don’t seem to work anymore.
IE View Lite - Quickly switch to Internet Explorer within Firefox.
Net Usage Item - Display your Internet usage and statistics in Firefox. Supports many ISPs in Australia. It even supports on-peak and off-peak usage.
StumbleUpon - Good for finding random web sites when you’re bored. Also good for driving traffic to your interesting web sites.
I’ll see you on the other side.
xkcd’s blog posted a picture of their whiteboard. Brilliant I say.
A workmate made a timelapse of google maps street view. It is here. It looks quite cool.
I like clouds. These ones are so cool that they almost look fake.
The new Google Maps Street View is pretty cool, especially when you get views like this. I want these images to be real time now. Come on Google, hurry up!
Oh and on the side, I’ve had an idea to create a timelapse of street view. Just need to work out how to do it automatically…
Another xkcd funny.
